Okay, I know the title is a bit much, and you are probably saying that I don’t want to become a monk. Well, this is not a rule book to become a monk it is an autobiography, a learning tool, a therapy session, and a meditation guide all in one. Jay Shetty the author gives concrete advice to live a healthier lifestyle that is purpose-driven and meaningful. This is a type of book that offers a great story It’s not your typical self-help book that gives you instruction plain and simple it gives dialogue and advice to gain a better understanding. This book is rich with information and helps you address relationships with yourself and others in a new light.
